Piedmont Anti-Racism and Diversity Committee and the City of Piedmont invite you to the 28th Annual Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Celebration on Friday, Jan. 10, 2025 from 11 am - 12:15 pm at the Alan Harvey Theatre.
In a speech in March 1966, Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. called on people to never feel comfortable with any form of segregation, tyranny, or supremacy:

“I never intend to adjust myself to segregation and discrimination. I never intend to become adjusted to religious bigotry. I never intend to adjust myself to economic conditions that will take necessities from the many to give luxuries to the few.”

This is an in-person program, co-sponsored by PADC and the City of Piedmont.
